Andy Kane OBE

Advising family business owners how to manage family dynamics along with family assets, often takes a two-pronged approach of hard side expertise provided by professionals ( e.g investing, financial, and tax planning) and the soft side competencies I provide, such as coaching, consulting ,mentoring, and mediating.

Dysfunctional family dynamics create painful emotions, grief, and many unspoken words. I provide a calm experienced voice to the family dynamic issues I address that impact a family business and wealth. These can include relationship issues around siblings, parent /adult children, partner to partner, or executive to executive especially when focused on issues such as succession, control, governance, inheritance or just staying focused on resolving key challenges.

I have over 40 years of experience working with families around the globe as a mentor, coach, mediator, advisor, and board member.
