Andy has helped business owners and leaders achieve success in a variety of ways.

  • The patriarch of a family business intellectually wanted to transition more control to his adult sons, but emotionally he could not let go. I listened to all stakeholders, in a group and one on one. Once I understood their concerns, fears and desires I then established pathways to surface them, so they understood one another, and I then enabled strategies to commence greater engagement by the sons in the family business.

  • A senior executive and named partner of a highly regarded professional services firm around his late ’60s faced an age-based mandatory retirement and had to transition away from his multi-decade practice. Money was not the issue, but his identity was - to be defined by who he is, not what he does. I created strategies for the individual to pursue, with definitive milestones and pathways and he reemerged happier more focused and highly productive in the next stage of his life.

  • An international business owner around 50, found his earnings stagnating and his business purpose vacant. I spent time to listen and then help define his passions and purpose in order for him to transition to a new business model, then align his skills with the model. The outcome has been to reinvent himself, become highly successful and live a much happier life

  • A former attorney and owner in his 70’s, of a real estate investment business felt irrelevant, indeed lost. I listened then focused to transition him back to his old confident self and his past successes, by concentrating on his skill sets and a sense of purpose. He subsequently became more engaged and focused, resulting in a reenergizing and of his investment business that has now become highly successful, and he feels very relevant and is much happier in his life.

  • A female executive faced retirement. She was concerned about her transition to the next phase of her life. I listened to her concerns and desires, then helped her map out benchmarks and steps to pursue her passions, while quelling her fears. Through a clear plan and pathways, she has reinvented herself as a very successful and happy owner of her business, post-retirement.

  • A female dynamic business owner and her husband own highly successful business. Their lives have become so busy that they feel a loss of emotional control over their assets, I listened to their concerns and needs, then devised a “wealthbook” to summarize their assets, their short term financial needs and spent time communicating what is in the “wealthbook”. As a result, their emotional fears have dissipated, and they have transitioned back to being able to grow their business, with confidence they know what they have, and where it resides.

  • A husband and wife own a very profitable business, but they wanted to transition to have more time to enjoy their lifestyle in their 60’s. I was engaged in helping them negotiate a venture with a potential partner. I first ensured that I understand their dreams and also the realities of their business and lives, then was a spearhead to negotiate arrangements to enable their goals to become reality.
